Illumant LLC, headquartered in Mountain View, California, is pleased
to report that it has completed a merger with Argos Security Services,
Inc.
Under the leadership and deep expertise of Roger Smith, Argos built a
strong consulting practice focusing on network & information security
assessment, planning, and compliance readiness. The Argos team adds to
Illumant's IT strength and complements its extensive capabilities in
business process design and reengineering.

Mr. Smith will continue with Illumant as the Vice President of Risk
